Don't Just Give in to Foreclosure.

Be assured your mortgage lender will insist that you comply with every term of your loan. They will assess every fee available. Make sure you require the same of them. Foreclosure is not a one sided effort and the courts are not required to just give them away. Your bank must prove its case. Make sure they do by defending foreclosure actions. Do this by retaining competent and zealous legal counsel.
